Shipping is done by courier service. The shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, and total weight of the goods. When you place your order, we shall calculate the exact shipping expense and let you know by email. Our delivery time will be 4 weeks for order under 10000 pieces and 5 weeks for above; from the date of confirmation.

-Minimum Order

-Packing
Each product of your order will be packed in individual sealed plastic and will be shipping in a box.

-Price
The prices of our items are wholesale price and FOB Jaipur, India. You would only pay shipment expense for additional cost.

-Return and Refund Policy
The goods ones sold will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent are the item other than the ordered Item. Either replacement or a full refund will be given for this mistake. Goods will be replaced or repaired if any manufacturing defects are found.

-Payment
For sample and small order; costumer pays 100% in one wire transfer.
For large order; the customer pays 60% advance as confirmation of the order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment, we shall send you e-mail. The customer should clear the rest 40%. Then, we shall ship the goods on the same day.
